The 2016 ITC Corporate Forum
The Corporate Forum track will be on Tuesday and Wednesday November 15 & 16 in a comfortable meeting area adjacent to the exhibits floor. This will make it easier for ITC exhibit attendees to drop in to see forum presentations. It provides our exhibitors and supporters an opportunity to present the latest developments from their companies, and to promote their activities at ITC.
As in previous years, our Diamond Supporter plans to provide a 1-hour presentation in the morning followed by a hosted lunch. The remaining presentations will start during lunch, at 20-minute intervals spread across Tuesday and Wednesday to minimize conflict with the Conference Technical Program. The 20 minute length allows attendees to enjoy multiple presentations in a short time span, and is scheduled at a fast pace to keep this event more interesting. Scheduling is setup to maximize attendance.
This marketing tool is provided free of charge for exhibitors and supporters to present the latest developments from their companies, and promote their activities at ITC. We encourage you to take advantage of this benefit, and to promote it with an ITC email blast and through your other marketing channels.
Reservations will be filled on a first come first served basis, starting on August 8 and ending Sept.16, 2016. This deadline is necessary so that we can finalize the presentation time slots, and publish a schedule in the conference guide.

- October 24, 2016: Corporate Forum materials (Power Point slides) are due.
