Posters are an interesting medium to share your work. This year we are giving you multiple submission options for posters. You can find more information on the Author’s page.
- 4-page IEEE FORMAL Posters: authors have to submit a 4-page paper following IEEE format guideline; accepted contributions after a peer review process will be indexed in IEEE Xplore. The presenters of the accepted IEEE FORMAL Posters are invited to give a pitch on stage and have to prepare a poster to illustrate during poster sessions at ITC25.
- 1-page INFORMAL Posters: authors have to submit a 1-page paper without necessarily following IEEE format guideline; presenters of accepted informal posters are invited to prepare a poster to present during poster sessions at ITC25. Optionally, the 1-page paper could be linked to the ITC website, upon authorization from the authors.
- Student track. The student track is a new initiative of ITC25: a set of sessions will be dedicated to students’ works, including oral presentations, roundtables with industrials and professors, career fair opportunities and the frightful final of the McCluskey Doctoral Thesis Award contest.Every student can submit one or more 2-page papers, which can be authored exclusively by the student. The two pages must provide the compact description of a complete methodology/strategy/design/concept, with minimal indispensable background and synthetic experimental results. The format must follow the templates approved by IEEE. It can be found at the link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. References can exceed in and not out of page 3.The submission will be peer reviewed and the accepted 2-page papers indexed in IEEE Xplore.
