Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion chair introduction

For the first time, ITC has added a DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Chair to the Steering Committee.  I have the privilege of holding that position this year. The ultimate goal is to increase the attendance of any underrepresented group at ITC. It is well known that diversity, equity and inclusion increase the success of any business and we realize that this is also true for any area or in this case conference. Making all attendees feel welcome is very important to ITC.
